We developed a divider for sausage loaves that provides slicing accuracy up to 4 grams and includes a reject mechanism. This solution enabled the client to improve production efficiency, reduce product loss and slicing time, and enhance product quality.

Product Savings

The divider helps preserve approximately 10–14 g of product per loaf compared to longitudinal slicing.

Up to 60 loaves per minute — higher than most machines available on the market.

Precision

— Cutting deviation does not exceed ±1% of the loaf’s weight, ensuring consistent half weights and minimizing product overuse.

Product Savings

The built-in reject system helps preserve large product volumes.

We can cut one fixed-weight half from an underweight loaf instead of discarding the entire product.
