Sausage Divider for Brestskie Traditsii
We developed a divider for sausage loaves that allows slicing with an accuracy of up to 4 grams and includes a reject mechanism. This solution enabled the client to increase production efficiency, reduce product losses and slicing time, and improve overall product quality.

The divider helps preserve approximately 10–14 g of product per loaf, compared to traditional longitudinal slicing.

Up to 60 loaves per minute — higher than other machines on the market.

– Cutting tolerance does not exceed ±1% of the loaf’s weight, ensuring consistent weight of each half and reducing product overuse.
