Automatic poultry cut-UP line

The equipment for automatic poultry cutting is available in several versions, allowing it to be installed at any factory. The system demonstrates precise cutting and can achieve the capacity of up to 6,500 units/hour (higher speed available upon request).

The anatomical wing joint cutting module “high yield” features special settings and ensures wing cutting at the joint with minimal fillet loss on both sides.
Cuts the remaining neck skin left after the neck removal in the preliminary operations.
Automatically drops all remaining parts of the poultry carcass from the hangers.
Cuts the cloaca (vent) during the early stages of processing.
Cuts the skin between the thighs and the breast for easier skin removal and better centering of the breast for entry into the "clipping" cutting module.

The module separates the thigh from the drumstick.
It has 2 disc knives that cut the lower part of the back while separating the two thighs. A version with a single knife for cutting the back half into quarters is also available.
The thigh separation is carried out by breaking and then trimming the muscle tissue at the joint.

Breast cutting module

The machine removes the front part of the breast on the bone to allow further fillet removal. Suitable for subsequent manual or automatic deboning.
