The semi-automatic breast deboning line is a conveyor system with cones designed for manual deboning of chicken breasts, both from the front of the bird (breast with back) and from the breast with ribs on the bone. It can be equipped with discharge conveyors for skin, fillet, and carcass. The carcass is automatically dropped into either a cart or conveyor.
What does this technology provide?
The conveyor system with cones divides the deboning process into separate operations, sets the pace, and maintains a consistent working speed for deboners.
• Compact workstation placement – Maximized ergonomics
• Flexibility – Can be installed separately or integrated into the production line
Thanks to its compact design, cone placement, and optimized speed, operators work faster and with less fatigue, which increases the overall processing volume.
These lines are easily integrated into existing production processes, accelerating processing and increasing production volumes.
• Flexibility in processing – Suitable for carcasses of various weights and sizes
• Increased processing speed – Reduces time spent on deboning
• Enhanced deboner productivity – Breaks down the process into separate operations
• Compactness and ease of integration – Can be installed independently or integrated into a line
• Minimal training requirements – Easy to learn and operate
Semi-automatic cutting lines are especially effective for small, medium, and large enterprises where processing carcasses of different weights and sizes is required.
