MIROTEC supplies industrial food processing and packaging equipment for business customers.

Due to the technical nature of the equipment, individual configuration, production specifications and installation requirements, returns are not accepted after the equipment has been delivered.

Returns are only reviewed in cases where the equipment is defective, damaged during delivery, or does not correspond to the agreed technical specification.

If the equipment is defective or does not meet the agreed specification, the customer must contact MIROTEC in writing within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Each case is reviewed individually. Depending on the situation, MIROTEC may offer repair, replacement of defective parts, technical support, or another agreed solution.
