Segment is a compact poultry wing portioner designed for accurate cutting of chicken wings into two or three anatomical parts. The machine helps poultry processors improve cut consistency, reduce manual labour and organise clean product separation directly into crates or conveyors.

The Wing Portioner ensures the most precise separation of the wing into two or three parts (shoulder, elbow, and wingtip), regardless of whether it is a right or left wing.

During processing, the operator manually loads the wings into the wing segmenter, where a specially designed disc-wheel carefully directs each wing to the cutting elements. After the cut, the separated parts are directed into individual plastic boxes. Wingtip to wingtip, elbow to elbow, and shoulder to shoulder.
