The MSM weighing and dosing station is designed for accurate portioning of mechanically separated meat after separation. The system doses product by preset weight into bags, containers or further packaging equipment, helping reduce giveaway and keep batch weight stable.
The station doses minced meat or MDM (mechanically deboned meat) according to pre-set portion weights, ensuring high repeatability and minimal giveaway. It can operate directly with an MDM separator or work as a standalone unit with its own pump, depending on the production setup.
Thanks to its modular design, the system can be adapted to virtually any processing environment, supporting stable, hygienic and continuous operation.
