The machine is designed for
fully automatic removal of aluminum clips from sausage sticks and for placing the processed logs into the compartments of a packaging machine. Clips are removed in a
static position using precision cutting modules that protect the casing from damage.
A set number of sausage sticks is fed step by step into the cutting zone. The modular system automatically moves over the product from both sides: clips are clamped, gently pulled away and cut off with a specially designed blade. This method ensures
maximum casing integrity and a clean cutting result.
The machine reaches an output of
up to 120 sticks per minute, depending on configuration. It is particularly well-suited for
dry-cured and dry-smoked sausages, where delicate handling is essential.
